Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, chopped into chunks

- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 6 cups of just boiled water

- Ice
- Fresh thyme or mint for garnishing
- Peach slices for serving
Instructions:
- In a pan, combine the chopped peaches, 1 cup of water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, blend the mixture using a stick blender.
- In a large bowl or jug, add the Heallie Thyme Tea Bags and just boiled water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes based on how strong you want it , then remove the tea bags and let it cool.
- Fill a large jug with ice and pour the pureed peach mixture into the bowl with the tea. Stir well and pour the mixture into the jug.
