Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp Heallie ( Wild Thyme Garlic Seasoning )
- 1 tsp honey



Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Rinse the salmon fillets, pat them dry with paper towels and place them in the baking dish.
4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour it over the salmon fillets.
5. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
6. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Thyme garlic mix, and honey in a bowl.
7. Pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets and evenly coat them.
8. Bake the salmon fillets for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
9. Remove the salmon from the oven and serve hot.
