Delicious pan-fried chicken in a creamy garlic thyme sauce is known as "Creamy Garlic Thyme Chicken." A 20-minute one-pan chicken supper is simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
2 pounds of chicken thighs, salt, pepper, cooking spray, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 heads of garlic with the tops removed, 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream, salt to taste, optional 2 dashes cayenne pepper, 1 squeeze of lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of Heallie Thyme & Garlic Seasoning.
Instructions
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken thighs' both sides. Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet coated with a little cooking spray until crispy on both sides.
Discard the skillet's oil and set the chicken aside.
2. Add the garlic and cook in the skillet with the olive oil. Add the cream, chicken broth, and Thyme & Garlic Seasoning ; whisk to thoroughly mix.
3. Add the chicken, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using), then reduce the heat to a simmer. Turn the chicken over a few times to ensure that it is thoroughly cooked. Fresh lime juice should be squeezed over the chicken before serving.
